The short version: your documents and your saved details never reach us, because there is nowhere for them to go. The extension has no server behind it. You can verify this by disconnecting from the internet — everything still works.
What the extension does with your data
- PDF files you open are read and written inside your browser. They are never uploaded, copied or transmitted.
- The details you save — your name, address, and any identity or bank numbers you choose to enter — are stored in your browser's local storage on your own computer. We cannot read them.
- A count of forms you have filled is kept locally so the extension can show it back to you. It is a number in your browser; it is not sent anywhere.
There is no analytics package, no tracking pixel, no advertising identifier and no crash reporter in the extension.
What we do collect
Only what a purchase requires, and only if you buy Pro:
- Your email address, so we can link the subscription to you and reach you about it.
- Billing and tax information collected by Paddle to process payment and meet tax obligations. We never see your card details.
- Emails you send us, kept so we can answer and refer back to them.
Who else is involved
- Paddle.com Market Ltd is our Merchant of Record. It processes payments, handles sales tax and stores billing data under its own privacy policy.
- Hostinger hosts the mailbox that receives support email.
- This website is served by Hostinger, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses.
We do not sell or share personal data, and there is no third party we could share your documents with even if we wanted to.
How long we keep it
Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Support email is kept for two years. Data held on your own computer stays until you delete it — the extension has a button that removes all of it at once.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold, and to object to how it is used. Since almost everything is on your own computer, you can already do most of this yourself. For anything else — chiefly billing records — email support@nxtdelta.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change ever means the extension starts sending data somewhere, we will say so plainly and in advance rather than editing a line quietly.
