Terms & Conditions

Last updated 4 September 2026

1. Who you are dealing with

FormFill (“the Service”) is operated by Richard Noel Bright, a sole proprietor registered in India (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@nxtdelta.com.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller of the Service. Paddle handles billing, sales tax and invoicing, and will appear on your card statement. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these terms.

2. What the Service is

FormFill is a browser extension that fills PDF forms on your own computer. The PDF you open, and the details you save, are processed inside your browser. We do not receive, store or transmit your documents or your saved details.

3. Your account and your data

Filling forms requires no account. A Pro subscription is linked to the email address you supply at checkout. Because your saved details live only in your browser, we cannot recover them for you — if you clear your browser data without a backup, they are gone. The extension provides an export function for exactly this reason, and keeping a backup is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to complete any document fraudulently, to impersonate another person, or in breach of any law that applies to you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit to a third party.

5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. No warranty on the accuracy of a filled form

The Service assists with data entry. It does not check whether a form is correct, complete, current or appropriate for your situation, and it does not provide legal, tax, financial or immigration advice. You must review every filled form before you rely on it or submit it. Fields we mark for confirmation — including tax, identity and bank numbers — are deliberately not filled automatically and require your check.

7. Availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features. Because it runs entirely on your computer, an already-installed copy generally continues to work irrespective of our availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from an inaccurate, rejected, late or incorrectly completed form. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its name and its content remain ours. Documents you fill remain entirely yours; we acquire no rights in them, and could not, as we never receive them.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of section 4. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the extension.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
